And then there was one


Well that's it.  That was the last one.  The last big, rosey, juicy and flavorful tomato in the garden has been eaten.  And it went out in a classic way, nothing fancy, just some thick sliced toasted brioche with a light layer of olive oil mayo, crisp, cold iceburg lettuce, thick cut 3 pepper bacon from Moody's Butcher Shop and itsself merely enhanced with a little dusting of kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.  Simple, yet magnificent.
