Holston Hills Project

A cool east costal vibe was created in this project home new construction. A coffered ceiling was added to the great room and extra windows to enjoy beautiful lake view. The back patio extends from the side of the breakfast nook to the other side of the primary bedroom. Sherwin Williams Repose Grey was picked for the wall color to add to the coastal feel. White subway tile was added to the backsplash to finish off a pure white kitchen other than the grey speckled granite countertops. For lasting durability Aqualock LVP in french oak was laid throughout the 1st floor.
